This post’s TUNE comes from Dizzee Rascal... again. What can I say, I just love a bit of dizzee. This song is unbelievably good, I love how raw his voice sounds against the track, all dizzee’s vocals never sound over produced, I’m sure the man just doesn’t need it! I think I have now played this song to death and am probably solely responsible for all the youtube views for this song. Ah remember back in the day when we all used to wear denim skirts (not the mini denim skirt, I really hate them at the minute, we’re not going for the Avril Lavigne look here), well I figured I would attempt to bring them back. I used to have one this style and shape but it was a really dark denim, I blinkin’ loved it, however, seen as it was many a year ago it was chucked away, never to be worn again. Of course, I do accept that the chances are that said skirt would probably not fit around my ass these days anyway as I am prepared to accept that I have indeed got bigger since I was a teenager.

Anywho, I thought I was combine the whole 90’s with the 60’s (no I wasn’t around then, I’m not that old), and go for a bit of a hippy look with my flowery top and my suede jacket. I dunno if it works, I don’t care, I like it, I wore it out and I didn’t get any funny looks or outraged remarks so I assume it’s not too offensive to the eye.

I will continue to wear my bargain skirt (only £4.00 in total from ebay) until it comes back into fashion. Are you listening Topshop, I want you to make long denim skirts again so I can pretend to be cool and ‘down with the kiddies’. Ok, I’m glad thats out of my system.

It’s Monday again, the dreaded day, however, this week is a three day week for me, yeyyyy :) happy days. Any plans for the week people?
