"Oh make me over,
I'm all I wanna be,
A walking study,
This post's TUNE comes from Hole. You may not know who Hole are, but I'm pretty sure you will know who Courtney Love is. Admittedly she is pretty infamous, as something of a wild child and ex wife of Kurt Cobain she is probably more well know for her exploits then her musical capabilities, which is a bit of a pity considering she does have a pretty good voice. This is one of my favourite Hole songs, I love Courtney Love's raw vocals and the whole grunge feel of this song, which considering when this song was released then you can understand why. It's a proper tune so give it a listen why don't you.
You can listen to this song here, and find out more about the band here.
Lets have a look at some clothes...
Shirt: New Look (£17.99)
Coat: Primark (old)
Disco Pants: Primark (old)
Boots: Topshop (old)
Cambridge Satchel (old)
This is what I wore holiday shopping the other day, a day which proved to be pretty unsuccessful as I have ended up back in Cardiff again since, and will probably need to go again as I still haven't gotten everything I need... ahhhh stress!!
Anywho, back to what I'm wearing. This is a new little shirt I picked up at New Look the other day, I saw it and knew I had to have it. I do love a good shirt, I think it's that whole tomboy thing inside me that always craves a damn good shirt, my wardrobe is full of them, what can I say, I just can't get enough of them.
I paired my newly purchased shirt with my very rarely worn disco pants (navy ones seem a bit harder to match with anything), my big old boots and a very well worn Primark coat.
I'm not breaking any fashion boundaries with this outfit, but hell, I liked it, and as a bonus I wore my glasses and everything wasn't a blur for a change, happy days.
What do you think?
P.s. I have decided to now post every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, it just seems to make more sense, just keeping you in the loop!
p.s. I edit all my pics with PicMonkey.
