I am the Walrus

“I am the eggman, they are the eggmen
I am the walrus, goo goo g’joob”

This post’s TUNE comes from The Beatles, a band which needs no introduction, a good job really, because, quite frankly, where do you begin!!!  There are so many Beatles songs which are just amazing, but this song stands out to me, the lyrics are just so weird, but so brilliant, it’s just basically a hell of a tune!  You can watch the video here, and you should take a little look at the Beatles website here.

Righteo then, onto the outfit...

Customary looking down shot...

Skirt: Internacionale ($3.00, sale)
Top: Primark (old)
Tights: Primark (£2.50)
Boots: Internacionale (old)
Faux Fur: HandM (old)
Bag: Miss Selfridge (old)
Necklace: Topshop (old)

Well 'ello me lovers (I thought I would try speaking like a farmer, not working? Ok, I'll stop now).

Anywho, so this is what I have been wearing this week...clothes, phew eh, Don't want to frighten the neighbours.  Right so this skirt is one of my other bargain buys from Internacionale buy one get one half price sale, it's a size 6 but seems to fit ok, I'm mean it's not bulging at the sides and I haven't bust out of it yet so it's all good in the hood.  The top is a tad old, but still looks ok and I thought I would add a touch of sophistication (god knows I need plenty) by adding my bit of faux fur (Nothing says classy like a bit of pretend animal round your neck); and bewsh job done, hope you like it!

Today at 2.30 pm, weather permitting, I will be taking to the skies in a four seater light aircraft, ooooh I'm so excited, I will let you know how it all goes, I'm gonna try take a few photos but I'm not the best when I take a camera out with me...  I will also be sure to wrap up very warm, very very warm, I want to keep all of my extremities and not lose them to frost bite!

Is anyone up to anything exciting this weekend?

Ciao for now,

  15. Love that skirt, I can't believe how cheap it was! I am really loving Internacionale lately though for cheapo bits to update my wardrobe (my most recent buy from there was that leopard print dress I wore out in Harrogate, I love it!) I hope it was fun in the light aircraft, I am just about to move on to the next post now so I have a feeling I may read about it....

As for our weekend, we went away to Harrogate but you already know all this lol.
